Welcome to The Coney Factory! I’m Mike, bringing together the flavors of Detroit and Atlanta. Inspired by Detroit’s Coney Island classics—like Coney Dogs, chili cheese fries, and grilled chicken salads—and Atlanta’s signature naked sauced wings, the menu blends something familiar with something new.
The name reflects both cities: “Coney” from Detroit and “Factory” as a nod to Atlanta culture. After being laid off during the pandemic, I turned my skills into this food truck, and I’m proud to celebrate one full year as of April 2026. Thank you to everyone from Detroit and Atlanta for the support!
